Yoga
My yoga classes are currently on a Monday morning (9.30am-11am), Tuesday evening (7pm-8.30pm), and Thursday morning (9.30am-11am)
All classes are done via Zoom so you can join in from wherever you live.
Simply install Zoom (it's free) and you're good to go.
The first class (to see if it's a good fit for you) is free of charge. Just contact me using my contact form and I will send you the Zoom link.
Once you join a class, the fees are paid termly (by cash, cheque or bank transfer) as follows:
  • £8 per lesson (90 mins)
  • £10 for two lessons per week (2 x 90 mins)
  • £12 for three lessons per week (3 x 90 mins)
Dates for this term are 12th April 2021 - 19th of July 2021 inclusive.

I find Jackie's Monday morning session in particular a very pleasant way to start the week - we have a laugh while finding new ways to take care of ourselves, so that we can fully enjoy our lives without fear of aches and pains holding us back.

Jackie certainly keeps our bodies moving with the opportunity to put in as much effort as that day allows and leaves us with the tools of mindfulness to recall any time. My Monday yoga is very definitely 'my time for me' , -it's probably the only part of the week I can say that with certainty!  I know I can join in other sessions or practice some yoga at some point in my day, which I often do, to improve my posture.
