What do I do?
I help people feel better about themselves and their lives.
Sounds simple doesn’t it? Well actually it is, once those people have found the courage to admit that they need and want that help. We all work so hard to deal with the stress of life but there are times when we have to admit that we can’t do it on our own, we may become tired of feeling stuck, of being out of control or maybe we get a wake-up call in the shape of a serious crisis (financial, relationship, health, career).
The good news is that no matter where you’re starting from, there is a path back to peace and my passion is to walk that path with you.
How do I do it?
The answer to that is easy – I don’t do it – you do.
I have no answers, no wisdom that is greater than yours but I have spent the last 10 years working with hundreds of people, asking good questions and helping them to find their own way back to happiness and contentment. Re-connecting with your own truth shows you where and how to move forwards without the old baggage, and then the journey becomes lighter and more joyful.
If you want specific details I am a yoga teacher (specialising in relaxation), an accredited Journey Therapist (cellular healing) , a graduate of The School for The Work of Byron Katie (mindful inquiry), I have studied MetaMedicine (diagnosing the emotional causes behind physical symptoms). I also use NPA (Non–personal Awareness), Reiki, and the Sedona method.
It really doesn’t matter how we become free of our stress and pain – the most important thing is that we address what’s holding us back so we can be authentic, relaxed and peaceful and fulfil our life’s potential.
